Seven IQ ("the Software") is a private, internal business application owned and operated by Seven Integration Ltd ("the Company"). By signing in to and using the Software you agree to the following terms.
The Software is licensed for use only by employees and authorised contractors of the Company, using the individual account issued to them. It is not made available to the public, and no rights are granted to anyone else. Client-facing pages (for example a quote or invoice approval link) may be used by the client they were sent to for the purpose described on that page.
The Company grants each authorised user a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software for the Company's business. All intellectual property in the Software remains with the Company. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell or sub-license it.
The Software connects to services including Google Workspace (sign-in and email), Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting) and, optionally, Slack (notifications). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. The Company's use of QuickBooks data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Data entered into the Software belongs to the Company. Personal data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is" for internal use. The Company will keep it running and backed up with reasonable care but does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and accepts no liability for loss arising from its use beyond what cannot be excluded by law.
Access ends when your employment or engagement with the Company ends, or earlier if the Company withdraws it. On termination you must stop using the Software and must not retain any data obtained from it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
